The solution of problems needs to be found long before they start. Most of the time our team is involved in solving two types of issues: “learning experience” and “manual control”.

In “learning experience” we work on studying possible crisis situations and develop ways and approaches of crisis management, with all probable scenarios, as well as conduct necessary trainings for the main speakers of a Client. In the event of a crisis, a Client can easily use the prepared information.

When contacting our Agency at the time of existing crisis, we take on the responsibility for “manual control” of the information flows, thus minimizing the possible damage to the reputation of the Client.
